Refund policy

Due to the nature of the wholesale business and fast moving inventory, all sales are final. Exceptions are made if there was an error made by Ali Dee Inc. In this case please email us immediately upon receipt of items at howdy@gorodeoranch.com.

All custom items are always final sale. Ex. Customizing color of garment or ink.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
